DELIVERY / REFUND / RETURN POLICY

Delivery Policy

Risk of loss and the title for such items pass to the customer, when the service are delivered to the carrier. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address, etc.) any extra cost incurred by the company for re-delivery shall be claimed from the Customer placing the order. No request for cancellation of orders once duly placed on the site, shall be entertained. Company reserves the right to charge the order if by any chance the recipient rejects the order for any reason. The company shall try its best for prompt delivery; However, delayed/early delivery for whatever reason shall not entitle the customer for any damages or
compensation and the company reserves the right to deny its services to any customer, without any explanation.

www.timeconferences.com will not deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC ( Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE”

Refund Policy

Once the amount has been received, the company will refund the amount only in the following cases.

  1. In case of the customer is not able to attend the conference due to cancellation of the event on the specific time
  2. Refunds will be done only through the original “Mode of Payment”

 

Cancellation & Replacement Policy

Time Conferences & Events LLC has the right to decide the cancellation and replacement of tickets sold for the events.
